Rollers. I was given responsibility to work with Chopper Man in this plant, responsibility include managing the

chopping of fiber yarns effectively for production.

Roving: In this plant fiber yarn cakes of certain no as per product was converted to continuous ball. There I

was working on Winder (High speed running motor) on which balls were prepared.

Methanol plant: I was for 2 months in this plant with the capacity of 175 MT/Day. Manufacturing process was

Steam Reforming process, It was a gas plant so extra precaution has to be taken regarding safety. There were

Reformer, Compressors, Distillation tower, Vaporizer, Reactors & Reboiler.

Ammonia Plant: I was for 2 months in this plant with the capacity of 900 MT/Day. The manufacturing process

was Partial Oxidation. There I worked in Reforming, Compression, Conversion, Regeneration & Distillation

section. It was a gas plant.

Sewage Treatment Plant: I was for 1 month in this plant were sewage from Mumbai city was treated and

reused in various plants as process & utility water. Various chemical & biological treatments were used to

bring and maintain other parameters like Ph, BOD, COD, TSS, TDS Etc.
